Written mail goes to 129 East Front Street, Suite 210, Traverse City, MI 49684. That is a desk with a mail slot rather than a shop floor: there are no warmers on display to look at, and a box sent back to that address never reaches our retail partner, who is the one that has to receive it.

Before you buy

Sizes, bulbs, glaze colors, which warmer suits which room, whether a design is coming back for the season. This is our territory and we answer gladly.

After you buy

Payment, delivery dates and anything about an open order live with our retail partner, inside the order page of the store where you bought. We cannot see their systems, so we honestly cannot look your order up.
