Ordering and delivery

Do I order on this site? No. This site is the catalog. The buy buttons hand you to our retail partner, and the order, payment and delivery all happen there.

Who answers questions about my order? The partner does, through the order page in your account with them. We never see payment or delivery details.

Are the prices here the final word? They are a recent snapshot. The partner's page at checkout is the live number.

The warmers themselves

What actually melts the wax? A small bulb under the ceramic dish. No flame anywhere in the design, so no smoke and no soot either.

Do warmers come with wax? No, wax melts are sold separately. Any standard scented wax cube fits the dish.

Is the ceramic really hand painted? Yes. Expect small differences between two pieces of the same design; that is the brush, not a defect.

Can I swap scents? Yes. Let the wax cool and pop the hardened disc out, or warm it briefly and wipe the dish. Our cleaning guide walks through it.

Do the plug-ins block the second outlet? Depends on your plate layout. The measurements on each product page tell you what the warmer covers.
